Real Estate Project
The Real Estate Project explores how the property industry can be used to build skills in communication, problem-solving, and financial understanding while addressing real-world issues in Australia. By researching, analysing, and presenting property opportunities, I learn about market trends, property value, legal requirements, and ethical practices, showing how this industry supports growth in areas such as housing, investment, and community development.
Essential Question
How do land lease communities compare with renting and buying in terms of total housing costs and lifestyle benefits for residents in Southeast Queensland, and how can i learn all about the real estate industry?
What am I doing to achieve this?
I began by outlining clear goals for my real estate project, linking each to its specific goal. I planned on my project plan last year so that i would know what i wanted to achieve every week for my real estate project
Planning
Research
I researched all about real estate, this includes house prices, land lease communities, buying and renting. Also, as im undertaking a Cert IV in real estate, I am learning more about real estate every day as i progress through my Cert IV
Actions Taken
I researched property markets, pricing trends, and suburb growth to build my understanding of the Australian real estate industry. I experimented with different approaches to property marketing, listing strategies, and sales methods to develop my practical knowledge. I studied legislation, contracts, and compliance requirements relevant to real estate practice in Australia, and deepened my understanding of both the technical and ethical responsibilities that come with working in the industry, in line with the standards required for my Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Real Estate Project Goals
Setting project goals is a great way to motivate myself and to set goals to know what i have to complete for my project and what to aim for that i have to complete which links up for my artifacts that i have to create.
